Return to Camp Narache to turn in the finished quest and accept “The Battleboars” from Grull Hawkwind. After that, go east and kill the battleboars on the way to Brambleblade Ravine. When you’ve reached Brambleblade Ravine, kill quilboars and Sharptusk to get its head.

Once you have done, go to (63,82) and get into the cave. Right click on Dirt-stained map to take “Attack on Camp Narache”. Return to Camp Narache for now. At this point, you’ll be around level 5.
