The July 2010 edition of the Warcraft Formula is here, and as usual, it is full of useful information.

Firstly, there’s general news and information on stuff from RealID to the Blizzard writing contest. That’s all cool, but what excites me is the information on Cataclysm. Have you seen maps of the changes to the zones yet? Several appear in the July edition. And we’re talking about some big changes too. Thousand Needles is now a lake?!

Then there’s news about some of the new skills and upgrades. Do you know about Aspect of the Fox or Curtain of Frost?

Of course, this edition doesn’t talk just about things that are coming someday. The guys have provided a guide to defeating the four bosses of the Ruby Sanctum, with plenty of details that should let you and your party blast your way through here.

Did you ask about gold? Yeah, there’s a gold guide this month too. After all, you’re going to need lots of gold to buy all the great new stuff that’s going to become available after the Cataclysm. This edition offers useful advice for anyone who has made it into the beta, as well as for all us less-fortunate folks that haven’t. I know I’ve implemented some of the advice here and my brother is already swearing about how much more gold I have than him.

Finally, there’s this month’s action plan, where the team gives their advice on how you can best spend your World of Warcraft gaming time this month.
